How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping is free and takes about 10–19 business days in total — that's 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order, plus 8–15 business days in transit. Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $39.95, with a transit time of 2–8 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange anything that's unused, unworn, and still has its original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method. What payment methods do you accept, and what currency are prices in?
All prices on Bimrose.com are in US Dollars (USD), and we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — including Shop Pay Installments for eligible orders. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, so your card details are never stored on our servers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees set by your country, which aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. We'd recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering if you're outside the US.
