Welcome to Bimrose. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bimrose. We run this website and store — along with all the content, features, and tools on it (collectively, the "Services") — to bring you a curated selection of headwear. Our store is built on Shopify's platform, which powers the technical side of what you see here.
These Terms of Service, along with any policy we link to from this page, set out the rules for using our Services and explain both your rights and your responsibilities as a customer.

We do our best to represent our hats and caps accurately — accurate colors, materials, and sizing — but keep in mind that screens vary, and an item's true color or texture may look slightly different in person than it does on your display.
We can't guarantee that a product will look or feel exactly as pictured or described. Product listings, pricing, and availability may be updated or removed at any time without notice, and we may limit quantities available to any customer, region, or order.
3. Placing an Order
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale — we reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order isn't confirmed until we've processed your payment and sent confirmation.
Double-check your order before submitting it, since we may not be able to cancel or change it once it's been accepted. If we do need to cancel, modify, or decline your order, we'll reach out using the contact details you gave us at checkout.
Any return or exchange is handled according to our separate Refund & Return Policy. By ordering from us, you're confirming the purchase is for personal use — not for resale or commercial redistribution.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices and any active promotions can change without notice. Whatever price is shown when you complete your order is what you'll be charged, and it'll be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices don't include applicable taxes, shipping, duties, or customs fees.

By checking out, you're confirming that your payment details are accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided, and you agree to pay all charges incurred — including shipping and any applicable taxes.
5. Shipping
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees. Bimrose isn't liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or anything else outside our control. 6. Intellectual Property
Everything that makes up our Services — including our branding, product photography, written content, graphics, and site design — belongs to Bimrose or our licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Copying, redistributing, modifying, or republishing any part of our content without our written permission isn't permitted. The Bimrose name, logo, and any related branding are our trademarks, and any other rights not specifically granted here remain ours.

Bimrose is powered by Shopify's e-commerce platform, but any purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and Bimrose — not Shopify. Shopify has no responsibility for any part of that transaction, including any issue, damage, or loss related to a product you buy from us, and you agree to release Shopify from any related claims.

By using our Services, you're confirming you've read and accepted that policy. Some information you provide may be shared with Shopify or other service providers as needed to deliver our Services.

16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIMROSE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN MADE AWARE SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Bimrose, Shopify, and our respective affiliates and staff harmless from any claim or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of our Services. We'll let you know if such a claim arises, and while we may handle its defense at your expense, we won't settle anything that requires action from you without your agreement.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be applied to the fullest extent allowed, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
19. Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at a given time doesn't waive our right to do so later. These Terms, together with any policies we've linked here, make up the entire agreement between you and Bimrose regarding your use of our Services, replacing any earlier discussions or agreements on the subject.
20. Assignment
You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to someone else without our written consent. We, on the other hand, may transfer or assign our rights under these Terms at any time without needing to notify you.
